Refund policy
We think you and your customers will love all of our products, however if for any reason you would like to return your order, or parts of it, please get in touch with us via email at customercare@jungleculture.eco and we'll do our best to help.
Refund Period
We accept returns up to 60 days after an order has been delivered.
Postage Costs
Return shipping is paid by the buyer and we do not refund postage charges unless the items are faulty, in which case, we will refund the total amount or send replacements according to your preference.
Refunds on Custom Products
Once a prototype design has been approved, we will go into full production. After this point, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds or returns.
